Job Summary

This position will be accountable for Continuous Improvement initiatives and spearheading Sofina’s Blueprint with a critical focus on Product Optimization, Process Reliability, Plant Capacity and building capability of plant personnel. Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, a mindset of continuous improvement, and communication and mentorship skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process optimization projects across the organization to help drive organization’s key performance indicators.
- Drive a relentless focus on development of Manufacturing Standards and daily management systems to ensure sustainable business performance – including the Training and Qualification of Equipment Operators.
- Leadership to deliver step-change improvement in reliability of manufacturing systems while optimizing production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
- Preparing reports and charts based on findings and recommendations.
- Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
- Develop and implement processes that optimize all phases of production process.
- Work closely with Engineers, Plant Maintenance, QA, R&D, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met.
