Role Overview
Regeneron is seeking a Process Development Associate to join the SBST Analytics group within Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development.

The position partners with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to support data-driven development decisions.
Schedule and Travel
- This is a full-time role during standard business hours.
- Travel is minimal to none.
Workplace and Role Environment
- The position is on-site in Tarrytown, New York, with consistent laboratory presence required.
- This is a hands-on laboratory role involving analytical testing and characterization work.
- The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and strong documentation expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing, method development, and characterization of bioconjugates and critical intermediate raw materials.
- Analyze and present data to support timely, data-driven decisions across broad audiences.
- Execute, establish, and transfer fit-for-purpose analytical methods with internal and external analytical groups.
- Document data in ELN entries, support sample and data management workflows, and communicate plans and results.
- Maintain laboratory safety, equipment, workspace organization, and resource planning.
- Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate service with vendor engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant laboratory experience, including academic or industry experience.
- Hands-on wet-lab experience is required.
- Fundamental knowledge of synthetic molecules and/or protein analytical techniques is required.
- Strong communication, data presentation, collaboration, initiative, learning agility, and attention to detail are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrophoresis, HPLC separation, and UV spectroscopy is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with biological therapeutics, bioconjugates, or related modalities is preferred.

Compensation
- The salary range is $70,300 to $110,100 annually.
- Final compensation depends on location, role level, skills, experience, and applicable compensation agreements.
