Role Overview
Process Development Associate supporting the Synthetic and Bioconjugation Scale-Up Technologies Analytics group within Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development.

The role supports drug development from clinical through commercial stages through data generation and cross-functional collaboration.
Schedule
- Full-time position during standard business hours.
- Minimal to no travel is expected.
Workplace
- On-site in Tarrytown, New York, with consistent laboratory presence required for analytical testing and lab operations.
- The role involves shifting priorities, ambiguity, and a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing, method development, and characterization of bioconjugates and critical intermediate raw materials.
- Analyze and present data to enable timely, data-driven decisions.
- Execute, establish, and transfer fit-for-purpose analytical methods with internal and external groups.
- Communicate plans and results across cross-functional teams.
- Document data in ELN entries and help standardize sample and data management workflows.
- Maintain safety compliance, equipment upkeep, workspace organization, and laboratory resources.
- Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate vendor service support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant academic or industry laboratory experience.
- Hands-on wet-lab experience is required.
- Knowledge of synthetic molecules and/or protein analytical techniques.
- Strong communication, data presentation, independent work, collaboration, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Initiative, learning agility, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrophoresis, HPLC separation, and UV spectroscopy.
- Knowledge or experience with biological therapeutics, bioconjugates, or related modalities.

Compensation
- Annual salary range is $70,300 to $110,100.
