PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-PROCURE TO PAY

Introduction

Role responsibilities

• Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices and handle manual and automatic payment requests.
• Manage vendor master creation, changes, verification, cleansing, and duplicate record identification.
• Coordinate invoice coding and approvals with stakeholders.
• Resolve blocked invoices and ensure timely posting in accounting software.
• Process travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payments, recover funds, and execute payment proposals.
• Meet client service-level agreements and specified timelines.

Required qualifications

• Commerce graduate with a minimum of two to four years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with invoice management, vendor management, query resolution, and invoice reconciliation.
• Work knowledge of payment reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
