Job Description
The Employee Process Auditor is responsible for daily auditing, analyzing, and improving employee-related processes across various departments. The Employee Process Auditor helps build a more agile, transparent, and people-centric organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits across all departments.
- Day to Day process audit of individual employees working in multiple departments
- Identify risks, inconsistencies gaps, or non-compliance in employee processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for internal and external review.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline employee-related workflows.
