Role overview
Genpact is hiring a Process Associate for a voice-based customer service role in Gurgaon.
The role is work from office and requires flexibility to work any shift, including weekend shifts.
Fresh graduates and candidates with prior voice-process experience are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns through voice support.
- Support data collection for end-user account recovery.
- Maintain knowledge of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Apply critical thinking and analysis independently and collaboratively.
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline except law; diploma holders are not eligible.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years of voice-process or calling experience may appear for interview.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
