Genpact is hiring a Process Associate/Developer for Customer Service in a non-voice customer care function.
The role involves customer support, account recovery data collection, issue investigation, and operational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns through non-voice channels.
- Provide data collection support for end-user account recovery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Identify areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, analysis, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or Marketing.
- Proficient English language skills at C2 level.
- Active user of internet and online applications.
- Able to work independently and within a larger collaborative environment.
