About the Role
TheLeadingLink is seeking an experienced PRO / Government Relations Officer to handle company formation, visa processing, trade license applications, and other government transactions in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Handle government related transactions with UAE authorities including immigration, labor, economic departments, municipalities, free zones
- Process employment visas, investor visas, partner visas, family visas, cancellations, renewals, medical fitness, Emirates ID
- Manage trade license applications, renewals, amendments, cancellations, activity changes
- Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Dubai Economy, free zone authorities, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, medical centers, Emirates ID centers
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications to ensure timely completion
- Liaise with clients and provide updates regarding application status
- Review documents and ensure all requirements are complete before submission
- Maintain accurate records of applications, receipts, approvals, and government correspondence
- Assist with document typing, translation coordination, attestation, notarization
- Monitor changes in UAE government rules, procedures, and fees
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PRO / Government Relations Officer in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa, immigration, labor, and trade license procedures
- Experience dealing with mainland and free zone authorities
- Familiarity with government portals and service centers such as MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, Dubai Economy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple applications and follow up under deadlines
- Organized, detail oriented, and responsible
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Must be currently based in the UAE

Job Summary
- TheLeadingLink is looking for an experienced and reliable PRO / Government Relations Officer to handle company formation, visa processing, trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and other government related transactions in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle government related transactions with UAE authorities, including immigration, labor, economic departments, municipalities, free zones, and other relevant government offices.
- Process employment visas, investor visas, partner visas, family visas, cancellations, renewals, medical fitness, Emirates ID, and related applications.
- Manage trade license applications, renewals, amendments, cancellations, activity changes, and related company documents.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Dubai Economy, free zone authorities, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, medical centers, Emirates ID centers, and other government service centers.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with clients and provide updates regarding the status of their applications.
- Review documents and ensure all requirements are complete before submission.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, receipts, approvals, and government correspondence.
- Assist with document typing, translation coordination, attestation, notarization, and other administrative requirements when needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a PRO / Government Relations Officer in the UAE is required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa, immigration, labor, and trade license procedures.
- Experience dealing with mainland and free zone authorities is an advantage.
- Familiarity with government portals and service centers such as MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, Dubai Economy, and free zone portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple applications and follow up under deadlines.
- Organized, detail oriented, and responsible.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a business setup, corporate services, PRO services, or company formation firm.
- Knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation procedures.
- Ability to deal professionally with clients and government officers.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
