Role Overview
Slimstock is seeking a Public Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia to manage government-related processes and support regional operations.
The role handles official documentation, government liaison, immigration procedures, labor compliance, and relationships with Saudi government entities.
Government Liaison and Compliance
- Act as the primary contact with Saudi government entities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Jawazat, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce.
- Renew company licenses, permits, and registrations on time.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on compliance requirements.
Visa and Immigration Services
- Process employee work visas, Iqamas, and residency permits, including issuance, renewal, transfers, and cancellations.
- Handle employee exit/re-entry and final exit visa formalities.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures including medical tests, fingerprinting, and other required processes.
Labor and Document Compliance
- Manage labor contracts and Saudization compliance through QIWA, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and assist with employee-related legal matters.
- Maintain records of Iqamas, trade licenses, labor cards, and other official documents.
- Submit and track government applications and renewals.
Relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
- Represent Slimstock professionally in government interactions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- At least three years of experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi immigration, labor laws, and government procedures is required.
- Familiarity with QIWA, GOSI, Absher, and other Saudi digital platforms is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
- A valid KSA driving license is preferred.
