Responsibilities
- Handle company registration, application, renewal, and amendment of Commercial License
- Handle notarization and attestation of company legal documents
- Complete company registration procedures with relevant government authorities
- Apply, renew, cancel, and track all employees' work visas
- Process employees' entry permits, Emirates IDs, health cards, work permits, and residence visas
- Handle visa transfers, family visa applications, and other related matters
- Keep abreast of latest immigration and labor law updates and provide timely advice to management
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key government entities
- Act as official representative of the company to handle document submissions, approvals, and follow ups
- Respond to government inquiries and inspections efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all company documents are complete, valid, and legally compliant
- Prepare, fill out, and submit various government forms and documents
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of PRO experience in the UAE
- Familiar with Abu Dhabi government department operations
- Understanding of licensing procedures for industrial and manufacturing enterprises
- Experience in handling factory establishment is preferred
- Strong connections with relevant government departments
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Chinese communication ability preferred
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Clean record with no legal issues

Job Overview
- CSG is a Chinese manufacturer engaged in the production of energy saving glass, photovoltaic new energy materials, and new materials for electronic displays.
- Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Company Establishment and Registration Affairs
- Responsible for company registration, application, renewal, and amendment of the Commercial License.
- Handle notarization and attestation of company legal documents (such as Memorandum of Association, Board Resolutions, etc.).
- Complete company registration procedures with relevant government authorities (such as the Department of Economic Development, Municipality, etc.).
Employee Visa and Human Resources Management
- Fully responsible for applying, renewing, cancelling, and tracking all employees’ work visas.
- Process employees’ entry permits, Emirates IDs, health cards, work permits, and residence visas.
- Handle visa transfers, family visa applications, and other related matters.
- Keep abreast of the latest immigration and labor law updates and provide timely advice to management.
Government Communication and Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key government entities.
- Act as the official representative of the company to personally handle document submissions, approvals, and follow ups.
- Respond to government inquiries and inspections efficiently and professionally.
Documentation and Compliance Management
- Ensure all company documents are complete, valid, and legally compliant.
- Prepare, fill out, and submit various government forms and documents.
- Track expiration dates for all government related documents and initiate renewal processes in advance.
- Maintain and update all physical and electronic records related to government affairs.
Other Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle government procedures related to company vehicles.
- Assist in obtaining special permits, industry specific licenses, or environmental approvals.
- Report any regulatory or policy changes to management in a timely manner.
- Perform other government related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English. Preferred: Chinese communication ability.
- Professional Background: Minimum of 10 years of PRO experience in the UAE. Familiar with Abu Dhabi government department operations. Understanding of licensing procedures for industrial and manufacturing enterprises. Experience in handling factory establishment is preferred.
- Network and Government Relations: Strong connections with relevant government departments. Familiar with key contact persons in each department. Understanding of work flow processes and in formal operating norms.
- Personal Attributes: Detail oriented and responsible, strong communication skills. Adaptability and problem solving skills. Integrity and reliability. Strong learning ability.
- License and Status: Valid UAE driver’s license. Clean record with no legal issues.
Pay
- Job Type: Full time
- Pay: AED10,000.00 AED25,000.00 per month
