Responsibilities
- Design professional AV systems and prepare technical proposals
- Select appropriate equipment for projects across venues such as auditoriums, stadiums, and commercial spaces
- Meet with clients to assess requirements, conduct site visits, and present solutions that align with technical needs and budget constraints
- Collaborate with internal teams, provide pre sales and post sales technical support
- Prepare drawings and documentation, assist with system commissioning and troubleshooting
- Maintain strong client relationships, support demonstrations, and stay current with industry technologies and products
Requirements
- Strong Sales Engineering skills including solution design, proposal development, and system configuration for professional AV projects
- Hands on Technical Support abilities covering system commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and after sales technical assistance
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Proven Sales and Customer Service skills to manage opportunities, follow up on leads, support tenders, and maintain client relationships
- Practical knowledge of pro audio, video, lighting, and control systems (e.g., mixers, microphones, DSPs, amplifiers, loudspeakers, matrix switchers, control processors)
- Experience with system design tools and documentation (such as AutoCAD or similar, signal flow diagrams, bills of quantities, and technical specifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai/Riyadh, conduct field visits, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
