Responsibilities
- Process employment visas, cancellations, renewals, and status changes
- Handle Emirates ID, medical fitness, and residency procedures
- Manage MOHRE, ICP, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other government portal transactions
- Process labour contracts, work permits, and company related government documentation
- Coordinate company license renewals and regulatory approvals
- Maintain records of employee visas, passports, Emirates IDs, and labour documents
- Liaise with government authorities on behalf of the company
- Ensure timely renewal of all company and employee related documents
- Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Handle document submissions, collections, attestations, and translations when required
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and immigration regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, Abu Dhabi Pension, and other UAE government portals
- Valid UAE driving licence (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Overview
- Riayah Facilities & Properties Management is looking for an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government related transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and managing employee documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employment visas, cancellations, renewals, and status changes.
- Handle Emirates ID, medical fitness, and residency procedures.
- Manage MOHRE, ICP, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other government portal transactions.
