As a Private Tutor at Unitors, you will provide one on one instruction to students in your area of expertise, such as school subjects, languages.
You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles, and track student progress through regular feedback and assessments.
Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, maintaining clear communication with students and guardians, and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment.
This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, requiring consistent availability during agreed teaching hours and occasional participation in platform led initiatives or training.

Strong subject matter expertise in at least one area (e.g., school subjects, foreign languages, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Demonstrated instructional skills, including lesson planning, classroom or session management, and adapting teaching approaches to different learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate students, and provide constructive feedback.
Organizational and time management abilities to handle scheduling, progress tracking, and preparation of learning materials.
Proficiency with basic digital tools for scheduling, record keeping, and, where relevant, supplementary learning resources.
Previous tutoring, teaching, or coaching experience is highly beneficial.
Relevant academic qualifications or professional certifications in the chosen subject area; a degree in education or a related field is an advantage.

Eligibility to work on site in Dubai and willingness to adhere to local regulations and organizational policies.
