- Clean and maintain all rooms to a consistently high standard — bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep all floors daily
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Keep all bathrooms spotless — sanitise fixtures, replace towels, and replenish toiletries
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal throughout the home
- Manage all laundry — washing, drying, ironing, and folding to an exacting standard
- Care for delicate fabrics and garments correctly, following care label instructions
- Maintain, rotate, and store bed linen, towels, and household textiles
- Keep all wardrobes and storage areas neatly organised at all times
- Ensure every room is consistently well organised
- Monitor household cleaning supplies and flag when restocking is needed
- Use AI tools to look up appliance manuals, troubleshoot issues, or identify the right cleaning method
Requirements
- Proven hands on housekeeping experience in a private household, villa, or high standard residential setting
- Confident operating and caring for household appliances without supervision
- Actively uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude as part of daily work
- Strong command of English — spoken and written
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
- Holds a valid passport and is available to travel internationally at short notice
- Based in Yerevan or willing to relocate

About the Role
- We are looking for a meticulous, hands on Private Housekeeper to maintain a private residence in Yerevan to an impeccable standard.
- The household has a private chef and an estate manager, so the housekeeper's focus is entirely on the cleanliness, organisation, and upkeep of the living spaces.
- We expect someone who is self sufficient — able to operate and manage all household appliances confidently, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
Daily Cleaning
- Clean and maintain all rooms to a consistently high standard — bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep all floors daily
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Keep all bathrooms spotless — sanitise fixtures, replace towels, and replenish toiletries
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal throughout the home
Laundry & Linen
- Manage all laundry — washing, drying, ironing, and folding to an exacting standard
- Care for delicate fabrics and garments correctly, following care label instructions
- Maintain, rotate, and store bed linen, towels, and household textiles
- Keep all wardrobes and storage areas neatly organised at all times
Organisation & Upkeep
- Ensure every room is consistently well organised — nothing out of place, nothing overlooked
- Monitor household cleaning supplies and flag when restocking is needed
- Operate and maintain all household appliances — washing machine, dryer, vacuum, steam cleaner, and others — correctly and safely
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to look up appliance manuals, troubleshoot issues, or identify the right cleaning method for any surface, fabric, or material
- Anticipate the principal's needs and act on them before being asked
Who You Are
- Proven hands on housekeeping experience in a private household, villa, or high standard residential setting
- Takes genuine pride in a well maintained home — detail oriented and consistent
- Confident operating and caring for household appliances without supervision
- Actively uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude as part of daily work — this is essential to the role
- Strong command of English — spoken and written
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy at all times
- Warm, proactive, and dependable — someone who takes initiative without being asked
- Holds a valid passport and is available to travel internationally at short notice
- Based in Yerevan or willing to relocate — relocation allowance provided
Schedule
- Up to 6 hours per day, Sunday to Friday. Saturdays off.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to USD 2,000/month + paid trial period
- Relocation allowance provided
