- Perform comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities in technology sectors
- Lead due diligence efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement review
- Collaborate with senior leadership to structure deals, negotiate terms, and present investment recommendations
- Monitor portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and prepare quarterly investment updates
- Assist in sourcing new deals through networking, market research, and engagement with entrepreneurs and intermediaries
Requirements
- Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development within technology sectors
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and DCF analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights

- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations and negotiations
- Prior exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or other high growth technology business models
