Role Overview
Novus Executives is partnering with a global investor to identify an experienced Associate for its Technology Private Equity team.
The team focuses on late-stage growth and buyout opportunities in the global technology sector.
The investment focus includes software, technology services, and fintech and payments.
Investment Focus
- Evaluate and support opportunities in technology-sector growth and buyout investing.
- Analyze market leaders across software, technology services, and fintech and payments.
- Use financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence in the investment process.
- Join a growing team with an active pipeline and substantial recent capital deployment.
Key Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- At least four years of relevant investment banking and/or private equity experience is required.
- Direct investor-side private equity experience is mandatory.
- Experience with mid- to large-cap buyout funds is preferred.
- Technology, software, or technology-adjacent domain expertise is required.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid financial toolkit are required.
