About the Role
Crescent Enterprises seeks a driven Associate for its growth equity investment platform, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and executing growth equity investments across the MENA region, primarily UAE and KSA.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
- Support origination by researching market trends, mapping sectors, and identifying high potential growth opportunities
- Participate in due diligence and coordinate with advisors, management teams, and co investors
- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal reports
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the investment and business community across the UAE and KSA
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of investing experience, ideally in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking with exposure to equity transactions
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with proven transaction execution experience
- Deep understanding of the MENA market, particularly UAE and KSA
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
