Position Overview
An experienced Private Chef will join a UHNW family of five based in Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on performance-led cooking, nutrition, wellness, and exceptional food for two adults and three children.
The chef will work from a professional chef's kitchen with support from a dedicated Chef's Hand.
Performance and Family Cooking
- Develop daily menus around individual nutrition and performance requirements.
- Adapt meals to training, energy, recovery, body-composition, and wellness objectives.
- Prepare pre-training and post-training meals, snacks, and refreshments.
- Provide varied, nutritious, and appealing meals for two adults and three children.
- Accommodate preferences, dislikes, dietary requirements, and changing schedules.
- Prepare packed meals, snacks, and food for activities or travel when required.
Culinary Requirements
- Strong Asian cuisine and cooking technique knowledge is required.
- Strong authentic UAE and Middle Eastern cuisine ability is required.
- Exceptional biryani preparation is required.
- A broad international culinary repertoire is required.
