We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Professional Chef to join a private household serving a family of four (all adults).
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family.
-Plan and prepare a variety of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and International cuisines.
-Manage menu planning and ensure meals are prepared to a high standard.
-Handle grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen inventory management.
-Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall management of the kitchen.
-Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, and ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times (along with the kitchen assistant).
-Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Private Chef, or Household Chef.
-Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and International cuisine.
-Excellent food presentation and culinary skills.
-Ability to independently manage all kitchen operations, including purchasing, food preparation, cleaning, and inventory control.
-Professional, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
