Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the household, guests, and special occasions
• Design diverse and nutritious menus featuring international cuisines
• Accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, and special nutritional requirements
• Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently
• Ensure proper food storage, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times
• Independently manage all kitchen operations, including stock control and procurement
• Coordinate meal schedules according to household routines and events
• Present dishes to a luxury hospitality standard
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all aspects of the role
• Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously introduce new dishes and techniques

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Chef or Household Chef
• Proven expertise in preparing a wide variety of international cuisines
• Previous experience working in VVIP, VIP, royal households, private estates, or luxury residences preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and household requirements
