The Print Services Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Modern Print Solution in our environment. This role requires an understanding of network and server infrastructure, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Modern Print Solution.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Modern Print Solution.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Modern Print Solution.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Modern Print Solution with existing systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for Modern Print Solution configurations and procedures.
Involved in project to deploy Modern Print Solution (ie Polaris, Dragon, ACM etc)
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft and LRS Modern Print Solution offerings.
3–7 years of experience
Knowledge in GME and CME client environment
Knowledge in cloud infrastructure
Knowledge in Large Enterprise Active Directory, Authentication Services and PKI
Knowledge of network security (i.e encryption protocaols, firewalls, access control)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
