The Print Operator is an integral member of the printing and production team and is responsible for setting up and operating equipment, performing routine maintenance, and producing finish-cut products to match job specs within quality standards and deadlines.

The primary responsibility of the Print Operator is prepping, sending, and printing files using digital printers.

This is a full-time hourly position, working primarily 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Depending on business volume and demands, overtime, including occasional weekends, may be required periodically.

The Print Operator reports to the Print & Production Manager.

• Verify quality meets expectations as a job is running to minimize waste.
• Take initiative to troubleshoot issues.
• Match output to order tickets with extreme accuracy.
• Communicate with managers and owners in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform general cleaning & maintenance on equipment; and maintain a safe & clean work environment.
• Support other team members during downtime by performing other tasks as assigned.
