The role combines print finishing supervision with operation and monitoring of packaging and finishing machinery.

Supervise daily print finishing and packaging activities according to production schedules.
Allocate operator tasks and ensure workstations are properly prepared.
Monitor output, workflow, quality, and completion times.
Check cutting, folding, binding, laminating, trimming, gluing, labeling, and related finishing processes.
Coordinate with production, quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
Maintain production reports, job records, inspection results, and shift handover information.

Operate and monitor packaging and finishing machinery according to approved procedures.
Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings based on product specifications and job orders.
Perform routine checks and basic adjustments to maintain consistent production quality.
Identify abnormalities, unusual noise, jams, defects, and other operating problems.
Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and operator-level maintenance.
