Role Overview
The Digital Division enables the delivery of AEMO’s obligations through technology and improves outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. Digital provides services to internal AEMO business units, employees, contractors, subsidiaries such as AEMO Services, external government bodies and market participants.
As a member of the Platform Services Team within Cloud, Platforms, Infrastructure & Networks (CPIN), you will provide innovative thought leadership to guide decision making on new technologies and investments in AEMO infrastructure and provide strategic guidance on complex BAU and projects issues.
Please note that Australian Citizenship is required, along with Baseline Security Clearance or eligibility to apply.
This position is based in Brisbane.

About the role

What you will be doing
Mentor team members on complex issues to deliver the required services across BAU Operations on a 24x7 basis.
Provide technical leadership for the platform team to integrate new technologies, products, and equipment without impacting highly available systems whilst also ensuring alignment to AEMO’s IT strategy and architecture roadmaps.
