Develop and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
Analyze workforce trends including headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, talent availability, and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to identify reporting and analytics requirements.

Partner with IT and data engineering teams to strengthen data quality and analytics infrastructure.
Promote consistent metric definitions, data integrity, documentation, and governance across reporting solutions.
Recommend improvements to workforce analytics processes, methodologies, and self-service capabilities.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and executive audiences.
Develop executive-ready narratives that connect workforce trends to business outcomes.
Support strategic planning discussions through evidence-based recommendations.
Influence decision-making through effective communication, business acumen, and stakeholder partnership.
Lead complex analytics initiatives from initial scoping through implementation and adoption.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Mentor analysts and share analytical practices, methods, and technical knowledge across the team.
Contribute to the continued evolution of the Workforce Analytics roadmap and predictive analytics strategy.
