Role Overview
Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Workforce Analyst to support workforce analytics, predictive modeling, reporting, and executive decision-making.
The role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, business leaders, IT, and data engineering teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Shift Timing
- The stated shift timing is 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant workforce, HR, business, people, or related analytics experience is required.
- Overall analytics experience of 8 or more years is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building predictive or statistical models in a business environment is required.
Technical Skills
- Advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics knowledge is required.
- Hands-on experience with Logistic Regression, Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbors, and comparable techniques is required.
