Role Overview
Lead the largest and most ambiguous technical programs for Amazon Ads Programmatic Reporting.
The programs support Amazon Marketing Stream, Reporting APIs, data pipelines, query engines, and data integrations.
The work spans engineering, product, science, partner organizations, multiple sites, and multiple regions.
Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery where the plan and success criteria must be created rather than followed.
- Shape strategy, roadmaps, scope, milestones, sequencing, and operating mechanisms.
- Resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies and make delivery predictable across sites and regions.
- Advise senior leaders on investment priorities and organization-wide delivery mechanisms.
- Frame decisions and recommendations for audiences from working teams through senior leadership.
Technical and Interface Delivery
- Drive trade-offs across data freshness, accuracy, cost, and time to market.
- Read designs, challenge architecture and delivery strategy, and provide concrete alternatives when needed.
- Coordinate launches and deprecations of reporting interfaces across engineering, go-to-market, partner, and solutions architecture teams.
