About the Role
The Principal Technical Architect, AI is a field specialist working across applied AI engineering and customer-facing technical strategy.
The role is split between customer AI architecture engagements and an internal autonomous Customer Success agent platform.
The position requires building reliable, auditable enterprise agent architectures and explaining them to technical and executive audiences.
AI Field Specialist Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on AI agent use cases, roadmaps, architectures, and production implementations.
- Lead architecture workshops covering agent design, integration patterns, and governance.
- Advise on prompt engineering, agent orchestration, evaluation, confidence calibration, human-in-the-loop design, and learning loops.
- Create reusable architectures, solution blueprints, demonstrations, documentation, white papers, webinars, blog posts, and conference talks.
