Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Interpret internal and external challenges in pipeline engineering and recommend best practices.
- Solve complex pipeline-related problems independently with minimal guidance.
- Lead functional teams or projects when assigned.
- Review project scope, specifications, schedules, and interdisciplinary requirements.
- Identify concerns early and take initiatives to address them.
- Interpret contractual requirements for engineering execution.
- Identify scope changes and raise change notifications with documentation and estimates.
- Provide support for variation orders.
- Interface with all disciplines to develop clash-free engineering solutions.
Specialist Requirements
- In-depth expertise in pipeline engineering.
- Broad knowledge of the pipeline engineering discipline within the engineering function.
- Ability to solve complex pipeline-related problems independently with minimal guidance.
