Providing executive oversight of project delivery, performance, quality, contractual commitments, and managing risk.
Partnering with Practice Leaders, Operations, and Studio Managers to strengthen project delivery excellence across the organization.
Advancing project delivery standards, governance, and best practices as a member of the Centre of Excellence.
Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders, strengthening long-term partnerships through exceptional project outcomes.
Supporting strategic pursuits by contributing project delivery expertise during planning, client presentations, and interviews.
Education: B.Eng
Knowledge: Structural building systems and M&E, Architectural design, permit and building codes
Membership with a relevant professional association is an asset
Prior Experience in the delivery of Structural Engineering for large projects is required
Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility and resourcefulness
