Provide technical leadership for complex high-rise and long-span structures.
Direct structural strategies and ensure the integrity, safety, efficiency, and code compliance of major projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the final technical reviewer for complex high-rise and long-span structures.
- Define structural systems and design philosophies for landmark commercial and residential towers.
- Lead composite steel construction and BIM-integrated workflow initiatives.
- Consult with developers and architects on sophisticated engineering challenges.
- Improve organizational performance and technical standards.
- Mentor Senior and Project Engineers.
- Apply professional engineering procedures, codes, and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in structural engineering for large-scale buildings.
- Expert command of ETABS, SAFE, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of IS, ACI, AISC, and ASCE codes.
- Ability to work independently with high accountability and practical engineering judgment.
- Strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
