What You Will Do
- The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will bring in the deep ServiceNow expertise to design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and others as required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
- Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
- Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other Web Services using secured Authentication
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Document Technical customizations, configurations, and processes
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow technologies and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the platform's capabilities
- Executing ServiceNow upgrades and service packs, managing system readiness, testing, and controls for new features, enhancements, and fixes
- Qualifications You Must Have
- 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer
- 2+ years’ experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, Debugging Issues, Root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents
- Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Business Analysts and RTX internal customers to develop functional specifications
- Experience in JavaScript, Angular JS and Service Portal widget scripting.
- Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
- Experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Platform Analytics is a Plus
