EnCharge AI is looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Principal Solutions Engineer to lead customer and partner solution development for our next-generation AI acceleration platform.

This is a senior technical role for an engineer who can bridge the gap between AI hardware, software, systems, and customers.

You will own strategic customer programs from initial technical engagement and proof-of-concept through optimization and deployment, working directly with customers and ecosystem partners to turn complex AI workloads into high-performance solutions on EnCharge technology.

• Lead end-to-end solution design, performance benchmarking, and system-level tuning for key verticals on EnCharge platforms.
