Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent technical, conceptual, and financial skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• A Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
• At least five years of aerospace and defense experience designing military-hardened IT systems is required.
• Hands-on electrical engineering experience is required.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a government security clearance are required.
• A Top Secret security clearance is preferred.

Standards and technologies

• Relevant knowledge includes TSG-6 TEMPEST RF Technology and networking technology.
• Relevant standards include NIST 800-53, ICD 705, CNSSI 5000/5002, and multiple MIL-STD and MIL-HDBK requirements.
• The role involves secure telephones and computers, encrypted tactical communications, secure conferencing, and systems for secure networks.
