Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Understand customer reporting, analytics, and data challenges.
- Support customers in maximizing the value of their Oracle and enterprise application investments.
- Advise customers on data integration, reporting best practices, governance, and analytics modernization.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Fusion Applications, Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM, and related reporting ecosystems.
- Support sales opportunities through demonstrations, workshops, proof of concepts, and solution presentations.
- Present solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and develop winning solution strategies.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture, analytics, business intelligence, enterprise applications, or pre sales consulting
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM, or Oracle Analytics environments
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, data integration, and reporting architectures
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting enterprise software evaluations and customer workshops
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

The Opportunity
- SplashBI is seeking a Principal Solution Architect who combines deep expertise in enterprise analytics with a forward thinking understanding of AI, modern data platforms, and decision intelligence.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations evolve from fragmented reporting environments to AI powered decision intelligence platforms.
- The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Oracle ERP, Fusion Applications, reporting and analytics solutions, and enterprise data architectures.
- You will report directly to the regional leader and work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, data integration, and reporting architectures.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, or cloud data platforms.
- Previous experience working for a SaaS software vendor or consulting organization.
