Lead end-to-end architecture, design, delivery, and production coding across web UI, backend services, APIs, and integrations.
Evolve shared frontend and backend platforms and define service boundaries, data contracts, integration patterns, and versioning.
Design secure, scalable, resilient, cloud-native, multi-tenant systems and apply secure-by-design principles.
Build customer experiences and reusable platform capabilities for AI assistants and agents.
Establish AI evaluation, guardrail, testing, observability, latency, cost, and safe-failure practices.
Use AI coding agents across the development lifecycle and establish safe, repeatable agentic development practices.
Translate product goals into architecture and delivery plans, mentor engineers, and align product, UX, security, AI, and platform teams.

At least 12 years of software development experience at Principal, Staff, Architect, or equivalent level.
Hands-on experience building production AI applications or agentic workflows.
Strong proficiency using AI coding agents throughout software development activities.
Strong architecture and system-design experience for large-scale, customer-facing SaaS products.
Backend experience with Go and/or Java and frontend experience with Angular and/or React.
Experience designing, deploying, and operating secure microservices and APIs on AWS.
Demonstrated technical leadership, complex production problem solving, and engineer mentoring.
Cybersecurity domain experience is desirable but not mandatory.
