As a Principal Software Engineer - Digital Customer Journey , you'll be at the forefront of transforming how Australian businesses access lending through digital-first, AI-enabled experiences. Working within Digital & Assisted Lending and reporting to the Crew Tech Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across some of the Bank’s most critical customer journeys, powering experiences across NetBank, the CommBank App, and self-service lending channels. You'll help shape the technology vision, architecture, and engineering standards that underpin a large-scale, multi-year Business Lending Modernisation Program, solving complex challenges that have a direct impact on how customers engage with our products and services.
