Solera is seeking a hands-on Principal Mobile Software Engineer at the P5 level.

The role leads architecture, development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise mobile platforms across iOS and Android.

The engineer will use AI-driven development practices to improve engineering velocity, quality, and intelligent mobile capabilities.

Write production-quality mobile code across iOS, Android, shared libraries, and integration layers.
Own high-impact mobile features, platform capabilities, and system improvements end-to-end.
Modernize legacy mobile applications toward modular, maintainable, testable, and scalable architectures.
Design mobile foundations including architecture, shared components, SDKs, offline capabilities, authentication, telemetry, and release infrastructure.
Translate ambiguous requirements into reliable and performant mobile experiences.
Manage technical discovery, solution design, delivery planning, launch readiness, release coordination, and post-launch work.

Lead AI-assisted design, coding, refactoring, test generation, debugging, documentation, and code review workflows.
