The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.

• Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power BI and Python

• Production Support for current automation inventory as a FTE member of the team

• Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends

• Support initiatives to push adoption of new technologies by preparing and delivering training materials

• Lead and mentor junior developers for complex automations and create fungible team

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals
