Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Architect to lead the transformation of our legacy Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) across our global supply chain operations.
This role will architect and drive the implementation of next-generation logistics platforms that support our semiconductor manufacturing and distribution operations across inter-continental, multi-channel product distribution centres (Warehouses) .
You will work closely with worldwide finance and operations, supply chain management, ERP systems, legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless product flow from manufacturing sites to customers globally.

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management platforms
- 5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise WMS solutions (Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Körber, Oracle WMS, Infor WMS, or similar)
- 5+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems, shipping control tower, freight management, and carrier integration (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.)
- 5+ years working with warehouse automation systems including ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems, and robotics integration
- Proven track record of managing platforms processing 100,000+ daily orders/shipments with high availability requirements
- Experience on technically leading engineering teams of 10+ members across multiple delivery centres
- Technical Skills
- Languages : Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React
- Architectures : Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven, Serverless, Multi-tier
- Cloud Platforms : AWS (EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EBS), Azure, or GCP with auto-scaling and serverless capabilities
- Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Oracle
