Requirements
- Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Management, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in higher education or a related field, including 5+ years in a top leadership role such as Principal, Director, or Vice-Chancellor.
- Should have Industry experience of at least 3 years
- Age 45-50 years Must have hands-on experience in liberal education — either by teaching in, designing courses for, or leading a modern, discussion- and project-based learning institute. This is a must-have for the role.
- Prior experience running an institution unit with full ownership of outcomes — academic as well as financial and operational.
- Experience in designing or improving courses/curriculum.
- Experience handling accreditation and compliance work (NAAC, AICTE, university affiliation)
