The recruiter will manage a desk and develop business across the UAE, wider Middle East, and established international markets.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across financial services mandates.
- Build relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and trading firms.
- Manage senior hiring manager and candidate relationships independently.
- Develop new client opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC.
- Run multiple searches with substantial autonomy and ownership.
- Use the existing international client and candidate network to build the market.
What we are looking for
- At least five years of recruitment experience, ideally within quantitative trading and technology.
- A proven track record as a successful 360 recruiter or biller.
- Strong client development and relationship-management experience.
- Experience independently managing mid-to-senior level searches.
- Commercially driven and self-motivated, with comfort operating autonomously.
Particularly beneficial
- Recruitment experience across hedge funds, asset management, quantitative finance, trading, or technology.
- Experience placing mid-to-MD level candidates.
- A track record of winning retained or exclusive mandates.
