- Are you an experienced HCPC Registered Psychologist looking for an opportunity to influence practice at both strategic and clinical levels?
- We are seeking a Principal Psychologist to join the Senior Management Team of a specialist Therapeutic Community service.
- This is a high profile leadership role with responsibility for psychological governance, quality assurance, research and clinical excellence across multiple Therapeutic Communities.
- Alongside strategic oversight, you will clinically lead two Assessment Therapeutic Communities, supporting individuals with complex and high risk needs while driving trauma informed, evidence based practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior clinical leadership across multiple Therapeutic Communities.
- Lead psychological governance, quality assurance and research activity.
