Company Overview
Worley delivers consulting, engineering, procurement, and construction services across energy, chemicals, and resources project lifecycles.
The company supports customers through project delivery, operations, decommissioning, and transition to lower-carbon infrastructure.
Project Execution
- Provide specialist project control services and support rollout of the project control system.
- Coordinate project system use, configuration, training, project set-up, and interfaces across project teams.
- Provide planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, proposal, and commercial support.
- Maintain cost data integrity, coordinate with Finance, and address client cost and invoicing issues.
Project Deliverables
- Review data interfaces for third-party project systems and prepare and control work orders.
- Implement expenditure authorizations, financial controls, and cash flow projections.
- Provide weekly progress, schedule, cost, change order, cash flow, and subcontractor updates.
- Prepare internal and client progress reports, monthly financial reports, and ad hoc analyses.
- Conduct project controls quality audits and ensure projects are controlled and documented to standards.
Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of HSE management, engineering design, construction, and project delivery.
- Knowledge of Worley Project Review, Enterprise Management System, Oracle, and Ecosys.
- Understanding of commercial project contracts and procedures applied to cost management.
