Intellistack seeks a Principal Product Manager to define product strategy and drive roadmap execution for AI-native platform capabilities. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing AI-powered features, and shaping product direction.

Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a critical area of the Intellistack platform
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence into product direction
- Lead development of AI native capabilities combining workflows, documents, structured data, and automation
- Define how AI technologies (LLMs, agents, retrieval systems) create differentiated customer value
- Establish evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and success metrics for AI powered capabilities
- Partner with Engineering and Design to define requirements, prioritize investments, and ensure delivery
- Drive product adoption and commercial outcomes through partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Shape product positioning, packaging, and competitive differentiation strategies
- Design platform capabilities that create leverage across multiple products and workflows
- Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on AI and enterprise software opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience building or leading AI native products or intelligent automation solutions
- Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, data architectures, integrations, and system design
- Proven experience partnering with Engineering teams to define requirements and drive execution
- Experience gathering enterprise customer feedback and translating insights into product investments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives in fast paced, high growth environments
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or legal technology (bonus)

Salary Range
- CAD 200,000 CAD 260,000 per year
