- The work arrangement is hybrid, with work performed from home and a LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs.
About the Role
LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub use LinkedIn's network to help customers guide workforce development and upskilling.
The Principal Product Manager will lead product strategy, customer outcomes, experimentation, AI investments, and partner integrations.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategy for LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub.
- Develop the vision for enterprise learning and workforce upskilling products.
- Lead agentic AI investments and build differentiated customer features.
- Understand customer segments and needs and ship experiments across UI, partner integrations, and AI.
- Use product, behavioral, customer, and sales data to form hypotheses, run A/B tests, and scale learnings.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, operations, sales, and go-to-market teams.
- Align roadmaps with customer needs, market trends, and LinkedIn's broader strategy.
