About the Role
OpenTable is seeking a strategic Principal Product Manager to lead the intersection of Diner Engagement and high-profile partnerships. You will define product strategy and roadmap to integrate strategic partners into the consumer marketplace, driving diner engagement and capturing ecosystem value.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap priorities that drive diner engagement and integrate high profile strategic partners into the consumer marketplace ecosystem
- Partner cross functionally with Business Development, Legal, and Finance to evaluate and capture high value enterprise partnership integration opportunities
- Own end to end product development, leveraging customer insights, data, and experimentation to prioritize investments and measure impact
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high quality experiences
- Build trusted relationships with external partners, influencing decision making and driving alignment on shared objectives
- Establish robust product success metrics and lead hypothesis driven experimentation to optimize conversion and user retention
- Communicate complex product roadmaps, cross system trade offs, and program performance metrics to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2C products
- Experience negotiating with partners and evaluating strategic partnership trade offs
- Experience developing and executing complex product strategies in collaboration with Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams
- Experience defining product data success metrics, KPIs, and executing multi platform user experimentation frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise managing marketplace product dynamics across scaled web and mobile application ecosystems (preferred)
- Experience managing product strategy for multi million dollar consumer services, payment networks, or enterprise reward program integrations (preferred)
- Proven ability to negotiate scope and advocate for user experience interests with senior leadership and external stakeholders (preferred)
- Strong systems thinking capabilities with deep technical aptitude for API driven integrations (preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree in related technical field (preferred)
