Role Overview
Principal Product Manager responsible for the strategic direction of Constant Contact's AI Assistant.
The AI Assistant is positioned as a marketing companion that can create emails, turn them into social posts, and analyze customer data for SMB users.
What You Will Do
- Lead the strategic roadmap for the AI Assistant as a core platform capability.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including feature definition, prioritization, and execution with engineering and design partners.
- Drive adoption and engagement by understanding customer workflows and removing friction.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to communicate value and competitive differentiation.
- Define success metrics and business cases for AI investments.
- Mentor other product managers on AI product-building practices.
- Represent the AI Assistant vision in company strategy sessions and align it with broader platform priorities.
Who You Are
- At least eight years of product management experience, including at least two years owning AI- or ML-powered products in production.
- Track record of taking a product from good to best in class in a competitive category.
- Strong understanding of small-business customer constraints, workflows, and needs.
- Ability to lead through uncertainty or high-stakes situations.
