Responsibilities
- Manage process engineering services to meet company, customer, statutory, and regulatory specifications on time and within budget.
- Manage process engineering project requirements.
- Participate in meetings, prepare progress reports, and comply with checking procedures.
- Ensure project scope is clear and changes follow project change management processes.
- Provide advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Oversee requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and purchase order preparation.
- Act as the process engineering lead on specific projects.
- Define project requirements, promote workshare, assign tasks, and supervise progress when responsible for a team.
- Resolve discrepancies between company and customer requirements.
- Keep current with process engineering developments and technical innovations.
- Support junior personnel when required.
- Communicate with the process engineering team, stakeholders, and customer.
Qualifications
- A recognized and relevant engineering degree.
- Strong experience in offshore projects is required.
- Excellent knowledge of process engineering fundamentals and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
