Lead and manage the entire planning function for the project, serving as the primary point of contact for all schedule-related topics.

Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of schedulers assigned to different project workstreams.
Coordinate workload distribution, ensure consistency of scheduling practices, and support skill development within the team.
Review and approve schedule updates produced by junior schedulers, ensuring alignment with the master plan.

Identify opportunities, deviations, and risks and propose recovery plans or optimizations.
Generate high‑quality reports, dashboards, milestones tracking sheets, variance analysis, and performance indicators for project leadership.
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities by ensuring accurate integration between schedule and cost data.
Ensure proper use of scheduling software ( Primavera P6, ), templates, and compliance with Framatome process.
Establish and maintain schedule baselines and lead baseline change control processes.
Drive consistency across all sub‑schedules and guarantee configuration management of versions and updates.
Provide proactive insights to help anticipate issues in procurement, manufacturing, or construction sequences.
Contribute to project strategy by modelling alternatives, identifying constraints, and proposing optimization paths.
Support claims management by preparing documented schedule evidence and time impact analyses.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling in large industrial, EPC, nuclear, energy, or infrastructure projects.
Strong expertise with Primavera P6 (mandatory) and advanced planning methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of schedulers.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure on large, complex projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.
in integrated project management environments and Earned Value Management is a plus.
Ability to guide strategic decisions through proactive planning insights.
